Tutorials Schedule Published

The main schedule is receiving its final polish. In the meantime here is some information about the tutorials you can take on Monday Sep 2.

Yes, we know the schedule is a little late. Please forgive us. Christophe Pettus, this year's program chair, is busy putting the finishing touches to it as we write, but to give you a flavor of this year's DjangoCon we are pleased to announce this year's tutorial schedule. Training is an important part of your professional development, and another benefit you can list when making the case for attendance at DjangoCon.

All tutorials will be held on Monday September 2 at the conference hotel, the Hyatt Regency. All are half-day events, and the pricing for tutorials is reduced by 15% this year to $125.00. This makes it easy to take two tutorials the day before the conference starts and be better prepared for the more technical presentations. There is no better way to polish your skill set and prepare yourself for a rewarding DjangoCon. Registration will formally open at midnight Pacific time today.

Tutorials are only guaranteed to run if registration levels are high enough. If we have to cancel a tutorial due to low numbers those registered will be offered their choice of another tutorial or a full refund of fees.

Registration for tutorials is through Eventbrite, so you can use the same account to register for tutorials and the conference. We provide a complimentary sandwich buffet lunch for those attending tutorials. See you there!
